Comparison of Effective Individual Tax Rates by Country

I was interested in comparing Singapore's tax rates with other countries. I started with mainly the developed ones, and chose those that are developed, and perhaps a country we may consider migrating to. This comparison is challenging - it does not take into account the foreign currency and exchange rates, and other taxes (e.g. USA has state taxes on top of federal taxes) or deductions (which can be significant when used wisely). Nevertheless, it's a starting point, and can be used to compare, at a very high level, what each country demands of its citizens' income.
